Job summary

BRKZ is a Saudi construction-tech startup enabling instant access to thousands of SKUs for contractors. The Logistics & Supply Chain Operations Lead, based in Jeddah, will oversee regional fulfillment, fleet dispatch, and compliance across the Western Province, connecting field operations with Riyadh HQ.

You will drive operational leadership, optimize delivery processes, manage budgets, and mentor coordinators while ensuring high service levels in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in operations/logistics, preferably in construction materials.
• Proven leadership of distributed field teams.
• Analytical, data-driven with dashboards and reporting tools.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Knowledge of KSA transport regulations and Fasah permits.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily logistics and dispatch for the Jeddah region.
• Supervise regional operations team and warehouse/fleet management.
• Coordinate cross-functional with Riyadh HQ (product, sales, procurement, finance).
• Oversee the full delivery lifecycle on the BRKZ platform (BOB).
• Develop SOPs and drive process improvements.
• Monitor regional KPIs and generate leadership reports.
• Budgeting and strategic planning for the region.
