BRKZ, a fast-growing construction-tech startup in Saudi Arabia, seeks a Regional Operations Coordinator for the Eastern Province. You will ensure seamless logistics, order fulfillment, and operational workflows, acting as the liaison between sales, procurement, transporters, and customers on the BRKZ platform.

You bring 3–5 years in operations or logistics, fluent Arabic and English, and strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and logistics software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field with 3–5 years in operations or logistics.
• Strong written and verbal communications in Arabic and English.

• Experience tracking orders, shipments, and costs with attention to documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations across the Dammam region to ensure smooth order execution.
• Manage order fulfillment between suppliers, transporters, and customers in the Eastern region.
• Liaise with warehouse teams to ensure correct dispatching and inventory movement.
• Maintain records of orders, shipments, and transportation costs; generate regional reports.
• Support regional operations leads and serve as point of contact for vendors and customers.

As The Regional Operations Coordinator you will oversee day-to-day logistics, order fulfillment, and operational workflows across Saudi Arabia's Eastern Province. Serving as the primary regional liaison between sales, procurement, transporters, and customers, this role ensures seamless material delivery, accurate system documentation, and reliable supply chain execution on the BRKZ platform

What You will do (Responsibilities) :

1. Operational Coordination

• Manage daily operational activities for the Dammam region to ensure smooth order execution.
• Coordinate across sales, logistics, procurement, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Monitor operational performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain workflow efficiency.

2. Order Fulfillment & Delivery Management

• Coordinate order fulfillment between suppliers, transporters, and customers in the Eastern region.
• Assign deliveries to transporters and vehicles on the BRKZ platform , including bulk material deliveries (e.g., bulk cement) split across multiple truckloads.
• Monitor delivery schedules, follow up on new POs for Dammam-located orders, and address delays or issues promptly.
• Close deliveries and orders in the system accurately and on time, ensuring supporting documents (delivery notes, Fasah permit numbers) are recorded exactly as issued.

3. Logistics & Inventory Support

• Track and manage orders, deliveries, and stock replenishment schedules.
• Liaise with warehouse teams to ensure correct dispatching, and help coordinate storage, distribution, and movement of materials.
• Monitor inventory levels with the supply chain team to ensure availability.

4. Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, deliveries, and transportation costs (trackers, dashboards such as Metabase).
• Prepare regular reports on regional operational performance and highlight areas for improvement.
• Support operations leads with reporting and analysis.
• Serve as regional point of contact for transporters, suppliers, and customers on operational issues, order inquiries, and delivery status.
• Resolve operational issues with vendors or customers promptly and professionally, including discrepancies, returns, or delays.

6. Team Support & Communication

• Ensure effective communication with the central operations team (Riyadh) and other regions via approved channels (Slack, WhatsApp, platform notifications).
• Participate in regular team meetings and support adoption of new tools and automated workflows.

Who You are (Qualifications) :

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain coordination (construction/building materials sector is a plus).
• Strong communication and coordination skills in Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and logistics or order-management software; comfort with dashboards and internal platforms.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation (delivery notes, permits, cost entries).
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Dammam; familiarity with the Eastern Province logistics landscape preferred.
