Job summary

Elliott Group in Dammam is seeking a proactive HR Generalist to support the Regional HR Manager and deliver HR operations across the EMA region. You will handle recruitment, onboarding, employee benefits administration, training facilitation, HRIS data integrity and employee relations at the site level.

You will collaborate with site leaders to drive engagement, learning programs, compliance with local Labour requirements, and participate in regional HR projects and policy improvements.

Responsibilities

• Supports Regional HR Manager in recruiting qualified talent in line with business plans.
• Assists in review and implementation of onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
• Maintains and updates employee benefits registrations and changes.
• Maintains accuracy of HRIS data and manages changes in a timely manner.
• Leads local committees and supports site leaders in employee engagement activities.
