Responsibilities

• Supports Regional Human Resources Manager (HRM) in the recruitment of qualified talent in line with business plans by communicating with HR service partners and hiring managers through the hiring process.
• Supports HRM in the review and implementation of an effective on-boarding and Induction program for all new hires into the business.
• Maintains accuracy of HRIS data by capturing all changes in the system timely.
• Leads various local committees meeting in line with statutory requirement.
• Works with Site Leaders to deliver employee engagement activities for the site, for example: wellness program, festival celebrations, employee communication.
