Power International Holding (PIH) seeks a Business Development Director to lead strategic growth initiatives across the cluster, align BD plans with organizational goals, and drive revenue across multiple locations.

The role requires 8+ years of experience, GCC exposure, and strong leadership. You will oversee contract negotiations, client relationships, and cross-functional collaboration, leveraging SAP for ERP processes.

• Coordinate with local teams to develop tailored proposals for clients within the cluster.
• Negotiate contracts and partnerships at cluster level to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Analyze sales performance and KPIs across the cluster and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and present cluster-level reports, forecasts, and presentations to senior management.
