Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim seeks a Controller for the SAGEA region (Saudi Arabia, Gulf, East Africa) based in Riyadh. You will report to the Head of F&A and lead planning, reporting, and business partnering activities to drive profitability and compliance across the region.

Ideal candidates have 5–6 years in finance and business controlling, strong skills in SAP, Tableau and Power BI, and project management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or Economics, or equivalent Diploma.
• 5–6 years in finance and business controlling, preferably in a multinational pharma.
• Experience with SAP, Tableau, Power BI and other reporting tools.
• Project management experience is a must.
• Knowledge of IFRS; CPA/SOCPA preferred.
• English required; Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, reporting, business partnering, and controlling activities.
• Manage planning cycle and budgeting processes with stakeholders.
• Coordinate monthly closing, accruals, provisions, and financial reporting.
• Provide data-driven insights for decision-making and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with OPU and ROPU for better communication and processes.
• Ensure compliance with corporate SOPs and local regulations.
