Job summary

Career Executive 赛睿人力资源 in Saudi Arabia’s Riyadh region seeks a senior finance professional to lead month-end closing under IFRS, oversee accounting accuracy and controls, and drive planning, budgeting, and financial modeling. You will deliver regional/global dashboards, provide strategic insights, and ensure governance and tax compliance across territories.

The role requires 6–10 years in multinational finance, a Bachelor’s in accounting/finance, and professional certifications (CPA/CMA/ACCA)

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of progressive experience in financial controlling, FPA or corporate finance within multinational enterprises.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, internal control systems and local financial regulatory requirements.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, Hyperion or equivalent ERP systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication in Arabic and English for professional business interactions.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage month-end closing processes in accordance with IFRS and global corporate standards.

Oversee accounting accuracy, account reconciliation, accruals, provisions, and statutory compliance.

Drive financial planning & analysis (FPA) processes including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.

Prepare business performance reports and dashboards for regional and global senior leadership.

Provide financial insights, transaction review, and commercial decision support for business divisions.

Strengthen internal financial controls, ensure audit readiness, and manage corporate governance requirements.

Ensure full compliance with local VAT and tax declaration regulations.

Support the expansion of financial operations across multi-country business territories.

Saudi Nationality (Mandatory)

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields; CPA, CMA, ACCA certification is highly preferred.

6-10 years of progressive experience in financial controlling, FPA or corporate finance within multinational enterprises.

In-depth knowledge of IFRS, internal control systems and local financial regulatory requirements.

Solid experience in financial modeling, data analysis and management reporting.

Hands-on experience with SAP, Hyperion or equivalent ERP systems is a plus.

Fluent in both Arabic and English for professional business communication.

Strong analytical mindset, high sense of responsibility, and ability to work under fast-paced business environment.
