Job summary

Roche is seeking a Regional Digital Solutions Specialist to transform clinical laboratories and healthcare systems across the region. You will guide the full technical journey from design and integration to troubleshooting and customer training within the Navify Lab Solutions team.

You bring a background in IT for healthcare, hands-on experience with HIS/LIS, HL7/ASTM interoperability, and a strong focus on security, cloud environments, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Healthcare Informatics or a related technical discipline.
2+ years implementing and troubleshooting IT solutions in clinical, laboratory, or hospital settings (HIS/LIS).
Practical knowledge of HL7 and ASTM interoperability protocols.
Solid foundation in Windows Server, networking, cloud environments, and data protection regulations (GDPR).

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end technical integrations deploying digital health platforms at partner sites.
Enable interoperability with HIS/LIS using HL7 and ASTM.
Deliver technical demos and support pre-sales engagements.
Provide onboarding and ongoing training to laboratory teams.
Ensure security and regulatory compliance in deployments.
Collaborate with regional/global engineering teams to share insights.
