Job summary

Roche sucht einen Regional Digital Solutions Specialist, der Kliniken und Gesundheitssysteme in der Region durch digitale Gesundheitsinnovationen transformiert. Im Navify Lab Solutions Team begleitet er/sie den technischen Weg von Design bis Schulung und Fehlerbehebung.

Sie arbeiten eng mit regionalen/globalen Engineering-Teams zusammen, um Verantwortlichkeiten zu übernehmen, Kunden vor Ort zu unterstützen und robuste Sicherheits- sowie Compliance-Anforderungen umzusetzen.

Qualifications

• 2+ Jahre Erfahrung in Implementierung und Fehlerbehebung klinischer IT-Lösungen.
• Kenntnisse in HL7/ASTM-Interoperabilität sowie Datenbank- und Netzwerkkonzepte.
• Starke Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, Englisch fließend; Arabisch vorteilhaft.
• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im relevanten Bereich.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End technische Integrationen von digitalen Gesundheitsplattformen leiten.
• Interoperabilität sicherstellen: HIS/LIS-Anbindung mit HL7/ASTM.
• Als technischer Berater Vorführung, Nutzung von Systemfunktionen demonstrieren.
• Schulungen für Laborteams durchführen und Betriebssicherheit gewährleisten.
• Datenschutz, Cloud-Sicherheit und regulatorische Standards beachten.
• Zusammenarbeit mit regionalen/globalen Engineering-Teams für Feedback.

Die Position

As a Regional Digital Solutions Specialist, you play an essential role in transforming clinical laboratories and healthcare systems across the region by deploying cutting‑edge digital health innovations. Working within our dedicated navify Lab Solutions team, you guide the complete technical journey—from technical design and seamless integration to advanced troubleshooting and collaborative customer training.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive End-to-End Technical Integrations: Lead the deployment, configuration, and optimization of digital health platforms at partner hospital and laboratory sites.

• Enable Interoperability: Connect healthcare platforms seamlessly with Hospital and Laboratory Information Systems (HIS/LIS) using standard communication protocols such as HL7 and ASTM.

• Partner as a Trusted Technical Advisor: Deliver impactful technical demonstrations, translate sophisticated system capabilities into tangible clinical and operational benefits, and support customer pre‑sales engagements.

• Empower Clinical Users: Deliver tailored technical onboarding and continuous training to laboratory teams, ensuring high system reliability and clinical confidence.

• Ensure Robust Security & Compliance: Safeguard sensitive healthcare environments by applying strict data protection, cloud security, and regulatory standards to every implementation.

• Collaborate Across Boundaries: Partner closely with regional and global engineering teams to share field insights and shape the next generation of digital diagnostics.

Who You Are

You are a collaborative problem‑solver with a passion for digital healthcare, technical excellence, and improving patient outcomes through smart laboratory technologies.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related technical discipline.

• Healthcare IT Experience: Demonstrable experience (typically 2+ years) implementing and troubleshooting IT solutions in clinical, laboratory, or hospital settings (HIS/LIS).

• Interoperability & Protocols: Practical working knowledge of healthcare interface protocols (HL7 and ASTM) alongside core database and networking concepts.

• Security & Infrastructure: Solid foundation in operating systems (Windows Server), network security/firewalls, cloud environments, and awareness of data protection regulations (such as GDPR).

• Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with fluency in English (Arabic is a valuable plus), enabling you to explain technical topics clearly to multidisciplinary teams.
