Job summary

Afaq - Warehouse Branch in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking a Construction Manager to lead project delivery for new Fulfillment Centers and renovations across the MEA region. The role requires coordinating with engineers, architects, and contractors, and traveling 40–60% domestically or abroad.

The successful candidate will oversee multi-project portfolios, manage budgets, schedules, and scope changes, and ensure safety and quality across all phases of construction.

Qualifications

• 2 to 7 years of project supervision, real estate development, engineering Bachelor's degree.
• Fluent in multiple languages including French, German, Polish, Arabic, Portuguese, Turkish, Chinese (Mandarin), Afrikaans or Zulu.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction of Fulfillment Centers and related facilities across the MEATR region, including renovations and capacity improvements.
• Advise on schedule, cost, and permitting impacts.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive engineering and design efforts.
• Supervise multiple projects simultaneously, from renovations to large facilities (>$20M).
• Prepare technical analyses, reports, and specifications for design requirements and procurement.
• Negotiate contracts with developers and general contractors and obtain approvals as needed.
• Lead site management, planning, and turnover documentation with subcontractors.
• Monitor safety, quality, cost, schedule, and sustainability KPIs.
