Job summary

Based in Dubai with 40-60% travel, you will manage scope from site selection through contract execution and turnover, interfacing with developers and general contractors.

You will supervise multiple projects, analyze budgets, negotiate contracts, and drive safety, quality, and sustainability metrics while mentoring cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Requires civil engineering background and project supervision experience.
• Experience with real estate development and construction projects.
• Familiarity with architecture/design processes in EPC/FC contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management for new FC construction and remodels in AMET.
• Advise on schedule, cost, and permitting impacts.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and GC contractors.
