Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead Construction Equipment sales across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Based in Riyadh, you will drive sales targets, revenue and gross margin while guiding three Regional Sales Managers and a broader sales team.

You will collaborate with the Country Manager, Planning and Analysis, and retail partners to deliver strong business growth.

Qualifications

5+ years in automotive or heavy construction equipment sales.
Experience leading sales operations or commercial teams (3–5 years).
Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.

Responsibilities

Lead the national sales function for Construction Equipment and deliver sales, revenue, and gross margin targets.
Collaborate with Planning and Analysis to set monthly/quarterly objectives by model and branch.
Develop and maintain a forecasting process with weekly sales/margin updates to leadership.
Monitor sales progression daily/weekly/monthly and take timely action to maintain performance.
Maximise stock availability and support campaigns to manage inventory.
Build and maintain KPI reporting to provide insight into market performance and trends.
Collaborate with retail partners and internal stakeholders to ensure impactful campaigns.
