Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking an SAP Specialist for its refinery reliability program.

The role focuses on governing the total reliability program, leading asset criticality analysis, and ensuring SAP master data integrity across asset lifecycles while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to sustain operational excellence. The ideal candidate has a mechanical engineering background, refinery process knowledge, and RCA/ACA experience, with strong leadership and data-analysis skills to drive continuous

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Mechanical or relevant engineering.
Site reliability background with refinery processes knowledge.
Training in root cause failure analysis methodologies (e.g., Apollo RCA).
Knowledge of SIS and RBI is a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute responsibilities governing the Total reliability program framework.
Prepare framework and methodology for criticality assessment and reliability improvements.
Lead Asset Criticality Analysis for refinery assets.
Collect data for criticality assessment and support SAP uploads with documentation.
Champion reliability methodologies to sustain operational excellence.
Lead reviews and provide guidance on reliability culture development.
Administer Asset Lifecycle management in SAP including BOM and master data.
Study facilities for asset improvements and provide technical service as needed.
Apply lessons learned from safety cases to mitigate major hazard threats.
Analyze integrity and performance data; review Total Reliability KPIs.
Report progress to Project Manager and lead the Reliability section.
