Job summary

KBR is seeking a SAP Specialist to coordinate reliability programs for refinery assets, leveraging SAP for asset data and maintenance workflows. The role emphasizes data collection, criticality analysis, and documentation to support asset health and reliability goals.

The ideal candidate has a mechanical engineering background, experience with RCA/ACA, and strong communication and leadership skills for cross-functional collaboration on reliability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical or relevant engineering.
• Site reliability background and refinery process knowledge.
• Experience with root cause analysis methodologies (e.g., RCA/ACA).
• Knowledge of SIS and RBI is a plus.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Experience in Asset Life Cycle Management processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute responsibilities for establishing the Total Reliability program framework across the asset lifecycle in refinery.
• Prepare framework for criticality assessment and reliability improvement for refinery assets.
• Lead asset criticality analysis for refinery assets.
• Collect data for criticality assessment and prepare reports for SAP uploads with supporting documents.
• Champion reliability methodologies across asset types to sustain operational excellence.
• Lead the reliability team as the focal point for reviews and technical matters.
