Job summary

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) seeks an experienced RCM Engineer to coordinate the Total Reliability program for refinery assets. The role emphasizes criticality analysis, data collection, and SAP documentation to maintain asset health.

The ideal candidate has a mechanical engineering background with 10+ years in oil/gas, strong RCA/ACA experience, and proven leadership to manage priorities in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong background in refinery reliability and asset management.
• Experience with RCA/ACA and root cause analysis methodologies.
• Proficiency in SAP data management and maintenance modules.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare framework and methodology for criticality assessment and reliability improvement in refinery assets.
• Lead and perform Asset Criticality Analysis across refinery assets.
• Collect data for criticality assessment and conduct workshops; document and upload in SAP.
• Champion reliability methodologies to sustain operational excellence.
• Lead reliability reviews and drive culture development with project teams.
• Administer Asset Lifecycle procedures and SAP master data, BOM, and SAP-PMs.
• Initiate studies for asset improvements and advise on complex engineering problems.
• Provide recommendations to mitigate threats from major hazard scenarios.
• Analyze integrity and performance; monitor KPI trends and prevent chronic failures.
• Report to Project Manager and lead the Reliability section with regular progress updates.
