We are looking for a detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to support the opening of Hyatt Place AlUla.

Hyatt Place AlUla represents a significant milestone in Hyatt’s expansion across the region and will feature 215 guestrooms, two food and beverage outlets, meeting space, swimming pool and a fitness center appealing to both leisure and business travelers.

Your Role

As the Receiving Clerk, you’ll be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and documenting all incoming goods and supplies, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with hotel purchasing and inventory procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming deliveries to ensure quantities and specifications match purchase orders and delivery documents
• Verify the quality and condition of goods received and report any discrepancies or damages
• Prepare and maintain accurate receiving records and supporting documentation
• Coordinate with suppliers, Purchasing, and Store teams regarding deliveries and discrepancies
• Ensure all received items are properly labeled and transferred to the appropriate storage areas
• Maintain organized receiving areas and ensure cleanliness and safety standards are followed
• Assist in monitoring delivery schedules and tracking outstanding orders
• Ensure compliance with hotel receiving procedures, inventory controls, and operational policies
• Support inventory accuracy through proper documentation and reporting practices
• Support pre‑opening receiving operations and inventory readiness

Qualifications

• Previous experience in receiving, storekeeping, inventory control, or warehouse operations, preferably within hotels
• Good knowledge of receiving procedures and inventory management practices
• Ability to verify documents and maintain accurate records
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of purchasing and supply chain processes
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
