Qualifications

• Experience in telesales, call center sales, or inside sales; real estate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily activities and performance of the telesales team.
• Distribute incoming leads among team members and ensure timely contact.
• Record interactions and outcomes in the CRM system accurately.
• Monitor the customer journey from Lead to Visit and optimize conversions.
• Set and track daily, weekly, and monthly team targets.
• Coach team members to improve sales techniques and objection handling.
• Coordinate with Sales to transfer qualified leads for property visits.
• Prepare regular reports on team performance and lead status.
