Job summary

FNRCO seeks a Real Estate & Banking Sales Agent to drive property opportunities and financing solutions for clients in Saudi Arabia. You will generate leads, advise on mortgage options, and guide buyers through viewings, proposals, and closing transactions arranged with banking partners.

The role requires strong communication, a client-focused approach, and the ability to manage a multi-channel sales pipeline to meet targets and foster repeat business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years minimum real estate sales, property brokerage, banking, or financial services experience.
• Strong English communication; Arabic is an advantage where relevant.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
• Customer-focused with ability to manage buyers, investors, developers, and financial-services teams.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell real estate properties in line with customer needs and company objectives.
• Understand customer requirements, budgets, and investment goals; recommend properties and financing.
• Generate and qualify leads through multiple channels and maintain a sales pipeline.
• Achieve monthly property sales, revenue, and customer-acquisition targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, investors, and banking contacts for repeat business.
• Conduct property consultations and viewings; explain features, pricing, and financing options.
• Ensure compliance with real estate requirements, company policies, and financing procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, viewings, offers, and documentation.
• Follow up with prospects and clients, coordinate next steps, and provide professional service.
• Support property launches, open houses, and joint sales initiatives with developers or financial institutions.
