Job summary

Client of Rawaj Company for Recruitment in Riyadh is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to drive growth in the Ready-Mix Concrete market. You will develop new business, manage customer relationships, prepare quotations, and coordinate with Operations to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have proven sales experience in ready-mix concrete, strong knowledge of the construction market, and excellent communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Ready-Mix Concrete Sales is required.
• Strong knowledge of the Ready-Mix Concrete and construction market.
• Established relationships with contractors and project clients are highly preferred.
• Proven ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Experience with customer follow-up and collections is preferred.
• Good command of Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales and acquire new customers and projects
• Build strong relationships with contractors and construction companies
• Visit clients and project sites to identify sales opportunities
• Prepare and follow up on quotations orders and deliveries
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
• Follow up on customer accounts and collections
• Achieve sales targets and monitor market and competitor activity
