Confidential Company in Riyadh is seeking a results-driven sales professional to develop and execute strategic plans to grow ready-mix concrete sales and expand market share in designated territories.

You will cultivate relationships with contractors, developers and architects, provide technical consultation on products and applications, and identify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and market analysis.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience, with a strong preference for the ready-mix concrete or building materials industry.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ready-mix concrete sales targets and expand market share within assigned territories.
• Cultivate and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in the construction industry including contractors developers and architects.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by actively prospecting networking and understanding market trends and competitor activities.
• Provide expert technical consultation on ready-mix concrete products applications and best practices to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
