Job summary

Hudson Manpower seeks an experienced RCM Electrical Engineer for Saudi Arabia to lead reliability-centered maintenance initiatives across electrical systems. The role requires hands-on RCM experience, SAE JA1011/JA1012 knowledge, and strong skills in FMEA and RCA.

You will develop maintenance plans for LV/MV/HV systems, coordinate workshops, and mentor staff while utilizing GE APM Meridium and SAP CMMS tools. The position emphasizes large-scale EPC project exposure.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in Electrical Maintenance / Reliability / Engineering.
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on RCM experience.
Hands-on RCM experience must be based on SAE JA1011 / JA1012.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute RCM studies for electrical systems and equipment in accordance with SAE JA1011 / JA1012.
Apply the seven RCM questions to identify appropriate maintenance strategies.
Develop reliability strategies for LV / MV / HV electrical systems, transformers, generators, motors, switchgear, UPS, and distribution systems.
Conduct FMEA / FMECA studies to identify potential failure modes and consequences.
Perform RCA / RCFA and develop effective corrective and preventive actions.
Analyze electrical equipment failure data, protection trips, condition-monitoring information and maintenance history.
Calculate and analyze MTBF and use reliability data to optimize maintenance frequencies.
Develop and optimize electrical maintenance plans and inspection strategies.
Lead and facilitate RCM / FMECA workshops with multidisciplinary teams.
Train and mentor maintenance personnel in RCM principles.
