Job summary
Hudson IT and Manpower seeks an experienced RCM Instrument Engineer for assignments in Saudi Arabia. You will lead reliability-centered maintenance initiatives for instrumentation, control, and automation systems to improve equipment reliability, availability and lifecycle performance.
The role requires hands-on RCM experience following SAE JA1011/JA1012, with exposure to GE APM Meridium and SAP CMMS. A Bachelor's in instrumentation/electrical engineering and a mandatory CMRP certification are
Qualifications
- :Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation / Electronics / Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- :Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in Instrumentation Maintenance / Reliability / Engineering.
- :Minimum 3+ years hands-on RCM experience.
- :RCM experience based on SAE JA1011 / JA1012.
- :Experience on large-scale industrial / EPC projects.
- :Strong knowledge of Field Instruments, Process Analyzers, Control Valves, PLC, DCS, SIS.
- :Experience with GE APM Meridium and SAP CMMS / SAP PM.
- :CMRP Certification is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute RCM studies for instrumentation and control systems in accordance with SAE JA1011 / JA1012.
- Apply the seven RCM questions to identify appropriate maintenance strategies.
- Develop reliability strategies for field instrumentation, process analyzers, control valves, PLC, DCS and SIS.
- Conduct FMEA / FMECA studies to identify potential failure modes and consequences.
- Perform RCA / RCFA and develop effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Analyze instrument failure data, alarms, trends, and maintenance history.
- Calculate and analyze MTBF and optimize maintenance frequencies.
- Develop maintenance plans, calibration routines, and inspection strategies.
- Lead and facilitate RCM / FMECA workshops with multidisciplinary teams.
- Train instrumentation technicians and engineers in RCM principles.
- Utilize GE APM Meridium and SAP CMMS for reliability activities.
- Support asset health monitoring and continuous reliability improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with maintenance, operations, engineering and other stakeholders.
