Job summary

AECOM in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead railway civil and track construction projects from initiation through completion. You will develop schedules, budgets, and execution plans while coordinating civil, track, signaling, and systems teams to meet client requirements.

You will mentor engineers, manage stakeholder interfaces, and ensure safety, quality, and cost objectives are achieved across multidisciplinary teams on site. PMP/Prince2 exposure is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Master's Degree in Engineering or Project Management preferred.
• PMP preferred; PRINCE2 advantageous; SCE Registration preferred for Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of railway civil and track construction projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and execution strategies.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions where required.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with client requirements, contractual obligations, and company objectives.
• Oversee civil works activities including earthworks, structures, drainage, foundations.
• Coordinate interfaces between civil, track, signalling, telecommunications, and systems teams.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities.
• Lead project meetings and provide progress reports to senior management.
• Promote HSE compliance and lead incident investigations when needed.
• Monitor costs, manage variations and subcontractor performance.
