Job summary

Kafou Group is seeking a QHSE Engineer in Riyadh to manage and implement QHSE systems on construction sites within its strategic partnerships. The role includes mentoring junior engineers, driving continuous improvement, and leading on-site teams to uphold safety and quality standards.

The incumbent will enforce ISO 9001, 45001, and 14001 guidelines, conduct audits, manage incidents, and collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance across project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–9 years of site QHSE management experience.
• Experience in development and implementation of QHSE policies on-site.
• NEBOSH, IOSH or similar certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain site QHSE management systems.
• Develop QMS for company and portfolios levels.
• Lead site toolbox talks and QHSE meetings to reinforce safety.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits and root cause analysis.
• Train and mentor junior engineers on QHSE practices.
• Prepare QHSE reports for senior management and clients.
