Job summary

Flip retail requires a QHSE Manager in Saudi Arabia to lead HSQE initiatives and ensure ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001 qualifications are maintained on the project.

You will drive audits, train personnel, and align all HSQE activities with the Serco SMS and contractual requirements. This permanent role involves coordinating with the project team and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications

• Lead the development and preservation of HSQE plans and procedures.
• Ensure alignment with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 requirements.
• Plan and perform HSQE audits and trainings.
• Coordinate SMS-related activities across the project team.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the implementation, administration, and upkeep of the Serco Administration System (TEXT) on the project.
• Achieve and maintain ISO qualification for Health, Safety And Security, Quality and Environment, and augment the SMS with local policies.
• Undertake regular audits on the SMS to ensure certification is maintained.
• Manage workload, output and quality of Officers.
• Create and deliver regular HSQE training programs.
• Collaborate with project team on SMS elements.
• Conduct internal HSQE audits and develop risk-reduction procedures.
