Job summary

Optimal in Dhahran Compound, Saudi Arabia, is looking for a QA/QC and HSE professional responsible for ensuring quality assurance and regulatory compliance across OSCO projects. You'll develop and implement quality management systems and conduct inspections to maintain high standards.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Engineering and at least 4 years of relevant experience, with familiarity in ISO standards. The role encourages a strong safety culture and continuous improvement in safety practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of QA/QC or HSE experience in oil and gas, construction, or industrial manufacturing.
• Lead Auditor certification for ISO standards is preferred.
• NEBOSH IGC or IOSH qualification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement OSCO quality management and HSE management procedures.
• Conduct inspections and HSE observations at sites and subcontractors.
• Lead risk assessment activities on projects and operations.
