Job summary

Thehseleader is seeking a QHSE Engineer to manage and implement QHSE systems on construction and industrial sites in Saudi Arabia. You will develop, enforce, and monitor safety, health, environmental, and quality standards to meet regulatory and client requirements.

You will mentor junior engineers, lead site teams, and drive continuous improvement across projects, ensuring effective documentation and risk mitigation at multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with focus on health & safety
• Proven experience in developing and implementing QHSE policies on-site
• Experience with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 implementations and audits

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain site QHSE management systems per company policies and standards.
• Develop QMS for company and portfolio levels.
• Lead risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.
• Mentor junior engineers and site staff on QHSE practices.
• Prepare QHSE reports for senior management and clients.
