Job summary

Almarai, the world’s largest vertically integrated dairy and food company, seeks a Quality Coordinator for Poultry Operations. The role focuses on coordinating all quality-related aspects, ensuring adherence to standards and audits within the plant.

You will work under SQAM/DQAM guidance to support the Quality team, managing quality systems and ensuring compliance with meat processing and animal health requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Food Sciences or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards, systems and audits.
• Experience in a poultry processing plant quality role.
• Supervisory level experience.
• Good operational knowledge of meat processing and animal health.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all quality-related aspects in Poultry Operations under the guidance of SQAM/DQAM.
• Support the plant quality team to effectively manage all quality aspects.

About the Role:

To Co-ordinate all Quality (under the guidance of the SQAM / DQAM: Poultry) related aspects in the Poultry Operations to assist the Quality team within the Plant to effectively manage all aspects of Quality.

Potential candidates must meet the requirements mentioned below:

• To hold a diploma degree in food sciences and other related disciplines.
• Good working knowledge of Quality standards, systems and audits
• Experience in Quality role within a Poultry Processing Plant
• Experienced in supervisory level.
• Good operational knowledge of Meat Processing & Animal Health
• Good operational knowledge of Quality Systems and audits.
