Dewan Consultants is hiring a QA/QC Engineer (Mechanical) for an Oil & Gas project in KSA. You will independently manage QA/QC from material receipt through final inspection, ensuring inspection, welding, coating, and MDR compliance.

The role requires 7+ years in QA/QC, experience in tank fabrication, piping and structural welding, and strong coordination with clients, consultants and TPI inspectors. Proactive issue resolution and documentation are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of QA/QC experience in Oil & Gas/Industrial fabrication.
• Experience in tank fabrication, piping, structural and welding works.
• Capable of independent QA/QC from material receipt to final inspection and handover.
• Good knowledge of fit-up, welding, NDT, dimensional and coating inspections.
• Able to review drawings, specifications and ITPs to identify inspection requirements.

Aufgaben

• Lead QA/QC activities from material receiving through final inspection and handover.
• Coordinate with Client, Consultant and TPI inspectors to ensure compliance.
• Identify and resolve quality issues on shop floor/site with Production/Engineering teams.
• Manage NCRs, punch points and inspection requests to closure.
• Prepare/maintain MDR and final QA/QC documentation.

We are hiring QA / QC Engineer for leading Oil & Gas Company in KSA

Position - QA/QC Engineer ( Mechanical )

Key Requirements

• 710 years of relevant QA/QC experience in Oil & Gas / Industrial fabrication.
• Good experience in tank fabrication, piping, structural and welding works.
• Should be capable of handling QA/QC activities independently from material receiving through final inspection and handover.
• Good knowledge of fit-up, welding, NDT, dimensional inspection and painting/coating inspection.
• Should be able to review drawings, specifications and ITPs and identify the inspection requirements before starting the work.
• Experience in coordinating with Client, Consultant and TPI inspectors.
• Should be able to identify quality issues on the shop floor/site and take initiative to resolve them with the Production and Engineering teams.
• Should be capable of managing NCRs, punch points and inspection requests and following them through to closure.
• Experience in preparing/maintaining MDR and final QA/QC documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills are important.
• Saudi/GCC project experience is an added advantage.

Qualification

• Mechanical Engineering / Diploma or related qualification.
• Min 7yrs exp in similar work.
• Codes & Standards applicable.
• Able to take ownership
• Able to coordinate directly with Client/TPI
• Capable of making practical decisions and solving quality issues
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Good in MS office Suite, Documentation.

Salary - SAR 3500 TO 4500 + Other benifits
