Job summary

FAENA is seeking a Purchasing Manager in Saudi Arabia to lead procurement, manage key suppliers, and optimise cost, quality, and delivery timelines. You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and optimal inventory levels, leveraging ERP systems to drive efficiency.

The role requires strong negotiation skills, end-to-end procurement knowledge, and a track record of delivering cost reductions while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Professional certification in procurement or supply chain (e.g., CIPS or similar) is an advantage
• 3–7+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and contract negotiation
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite, or similar platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for analysis, reporting, and cost tracking
