Job summary

Hawsabah | حوسبة is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead growth of public-sector accounts in the Commercial department. You will leverage your IT infrastructure and digital transformation expertise to expand solution adoption and ensure client satisfaction across government and semi-government entities.

The role requires a network of decision-makers in the public sector, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage complex deals through procurement cycles and tenders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow strategic relationships with government and semi-government clients to build long-term partnerships.
• Leverage an established network within the public sector to unlock new business opportunities and strategic deals.
• Develop and execute account plans focused on revenue growth and retention.
• Deliver tailored technical, commercial, and financial proposals aligned with client needs.
• Navigate government procurement processes, tenders, and framework agreements effectively.
• Oversee contract execution and ensure delivery quality and commercial commitments.
• Identify upselling, cross-selling, and new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Resolve client escalations professionally to maintain top-level satisfaction.
• Monitor account performance, collections, and submit regular reports to management.
• Relay client feedback to internal teams to support service improvement.
• Represent the company in key client meetings, government forums, and industry events.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of client data and strategic information.
