Job summary

Devoteam International is seeking an experienced Data & AI Strategy Consultant to lead public sector transformation initiatives across the Kingdom. This role requires deep technical depth to shape enterprise AI strategies and roadmaps, combined with the commercial acumen to help win government RFPs.

Responsibilities include presales leadership, end-to-end bid management for complex RFPs with LOE estimations, and directing cross-functional delivery squads.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of IT consultancy focused on Data Strategy, AI transformation, and presales/bid management.
• Deep knowledge of the Saudi market with government-facing experience.
• Proven ability to translate national visions into ROI-driven data maturity frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end bid management for complex government RFPs with LOE estimations.
• Direct cross-functional consulting squads in delivery of high-impact strategic projects.
• Manage executive-level stakeholder relationships and project steering committees.
