Lucidya is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own the government-sector customer experience from onboarding to ongoing value realization in Riyadh. You will coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure adoption and satisfaction while navigating complex public-sector stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in a similar role, strong communication, and experience with CSPs like ChurnZero. Saudi nationality is required for government engagements.

• Experience in B2B SaaS customer success or account management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
