Lucidya is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead government and strategic accounts in Saudi Arabia. You will own end-to-end delivery, manage complex stakeholder environments, and translate media monitoring insights into tangible client value.

You will drive adoption and retention, build strong relationships with senior government stakeholders, and collaborate with Product, Support, and Professional Services to deliver seamless experiences.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in account management or customer success.
• Experience with government or public sector clients.
• Ability to translate data into actionable client recommendations.

• Own and manage government and enterprise accounts as primary contact.
• Lead end-to-end account delivery, timelines, reporting, and commitments.
• Translate media monitoring insights into strategic recommendations.
• Drive adoption, engagement, and retention through proactive planning.

• Identify opportunities for account growth, upsell/cross-sell.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and Professional Services for seamless delivery.
• Represent the voice of the customer and feed insights back to the business.
• Monitor adoption, NPS, campaign performance, and sentiment trends.
