Lucidya, an AI-native CX platform, is seeking a Customer Success Manager focused on government and public sector entities in Riyadh. You will own the customer experience, drive adoption, and build lasting relationships with high-value clients.

You will collaborate with Support, Professional Services, Product, and Sales to ensure exceptional service and measurable outcomes, including improving satisfaction and retention across public sector accounts.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within B2B SaaS.
• Proactive, able to anticipate customer needs and challenges.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, with strong written and verbal communication.
• Familiar with CRM tools (HubSpot) and customer success platforms (ChurnZero).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Educate customers on Lucidya services and determine what fits best for their needs.
• Bridge onboarding and value realization, ensuring continued adoption.
• Develop strategies to keep clients engaged and expanding usage.
• Build trusted relationships and loyalty with government/public sector clients.
• Assist customers in setup and navigation of the Lucidya platform.
• Identify opportunities for product value and up/cross-sell opportunities.
• Monitor NPS and customer feedback; relay insights to internal teams.
• Collaborate with Support, Professional Services, Product and Sales to enhance experience.
• Communicate customer feedback regularly to broader teams as the voice of the customer.
