Job summary

FNRCO in Riyadh is seeking a Property Management Specialist to oversee the internal handover of projects from construction to operations. You will ensure all units, systems, and documentation meet company standards and timelines, acting as a liaison between engineering, construction, and property management teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering and at least two years of experience in property management or related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, construction, or related field.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office and relevant systems).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the internal handover process between construction and property management teams.
• Ensure all units are inspected and meet quality standards prior to handover.
• Review and verify all handover documentation, including drawings, manuals, and warranties.
• Identify and report defects, and follow up with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of handover status and progress.
• Collaborate with engineering and site teams to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Support the preparation of snag lists and ensure closure before final handover.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transition of assets.
