Job summary

Mohammad Al Habib Real Estate Co.’s Asalah Residence Company seeks a Project Manager to lead high-rise towers projects in Makkah, overseeing multi-disciplinary teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, quality compliance, and safety adherence.

The successful candidate will coordinate stakeholders, prepare progress reports, and implement robust communication plans to keep schedules on track, with PMP certification considered a significant advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or architecture engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience as a project engineer, or project manager.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, structural systems, and MEP interfaces.
• Strong experience in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards.

Responsibilities

Job Brief:

The ideal candidate will be managing a High Rise Towrs Project/s in Makkah. To lead, oversee, and manage the execution of a mega-scale construction project, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, quality compliance, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards. The Project Manager will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to meet project objectives.

You will be working closely with your team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans as well as the proper execution of said plans.

To be a successful candidate, you will need to have proven experience in project management and the ability to lead project teams of various sizes. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a huge advantage.
