The Engineering Manager will provide a unified technical direction for the program. Effective governance and early issue resolution will reduce design conflicts, protect construction progress, and ensure that completed assets are safe, integrated, resilient, and ready for airport operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all engineering activities in alignment with approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
- Establish technical priorities, governance procedures, review requirements, and approval authorities.
- Plan engineering resources according to project stages and package requirements.
- Direct multidisciplinary teams throughout design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.

Ideal Profile
The preferred candidate is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive international airport experience and broad multidisciplinary knowledge.
- Bachelor 's degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Master 's degree in Engineering, Engineering Management, or Project Management is highly desirable.
- Minimum 20 years of progressive engineering experience.
- Proven involvement in major airport, transportation, or infrastructure programs.
- Demonstrated success managing multidisciplinary teams on large airport developments.
- Extensive exposure to terminals, runways, taxiways, aprons, stands, utilities, and landside infrastructure.
- Strong experience in engineering governance, design review, construction support, and stakeholder coordination.
- Background working for delivery-partner, project-management consultancy, engineer, or client organizations.
- Detailed knowledge of airport infrastructure and operational systems.
- Strong understanding of ICAO, FAA, IATA, NFPA, and international engineering standards.
- Experience with BIM, digital engineering, and common data environments.
- Strong technical-review, risk-management, quality-assurance, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to lead several disciplines within a fast-paced mega-project environment.
- Professional Engineer, Chartered Engineer, or equivalent registration is preferred.
- PMP, PgMP, or an equivalent project-management certification is advantageous.
