Job summary

Ajdan is seeking an experienced professional to lead the delivery of a premier mixed-use project in Riyadh. You will oversee planning through completion, coordinating consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure adherence to scope, budget, schedule, quality, and safety.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder networks across a major development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 13 years of experience in project delivery, including mixed use developments.
• Experience on PIF or similar large-scale projects preferred.
• Experience with project management consultants or real estate developers preferred.
• Strong project planning, stakeholder management, and problem solving skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
