Job summary

JASARA Program Management Company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead major civil infrastructure programs. You will guide project execution, manage scope, schedule, and budgets, and ensure governance across multiple stakeholders and client leadership.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in civil engineering or construction PM, a B.S. in a related field, PMP, and regulatory registrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in construction management, engineering, architecture, or an equivalent field.
• 15+ years of project management experience in civil engineering or construction projects.
• Experience managing infrastructure PMC projects.
• Experience coordinating with consultants and contractors and reporting to client-side leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and delivery across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and internal teams to meet project milestones.
• Monitor project scope, budget, risks, and quality throughout execution.

As a Project Manager, you will play a central role in guiding project execution and helping teams deliver against critical objectives. This role is suited to someone who can bring structure, leadership, and sound judgment to complex project environments while working effectively across a broad range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and delivery across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and internal teams to meet project milestones.
• Monitor project scope, budget, risks, and quality throughout execution.Required Qualifications
• Bachelor of Science in construction management, engineering, architecture, or an equivalent field.
• 15+ years of project management experience in civil engineering or construction projects.
• Experience managing infrastructure PMC projects.
• Experience coordinating with consultants and contractors and reporting to client-side leadership.
• PMP certification.
• Saudi Council of Engineers registration.Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with project controls and planning tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and construction ERP or reporting systems.
