Job summary

Jasara PMC in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee complex programs and ensure delivery across diverse sectors. You will coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and senior leadership to drive projects from planning through completion.

The role requires a strong background in program management, risk and contract oversight, and Saudi experience with engineering registration. A PMP is highly preferred for this senior opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in construction-related field required.
• Minimum 15 years total work experience with at least 5 years in PM leadership.
• Experience with consultants and contractors; Saudi registration preferred.
• Based in Saudi Arabia and eligible for local transfer; PMP certified.

In this role, you will lead major projects spanning a broad portfolio of developments and contribute to successful delivery through strong coordination, oversight, and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely across project teams and partner organizations, supporting progress on complex initiatives within a fast-paced program environment.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Director of Programs Project Director and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or an equivalent field.

• At least 5 years of management experience in project management.
• Experience working with consultants and contractors.
• Saudi engineering registration.
• Currently based in Saudi Arabia and eligible for local transfer.
• Experience delivering projects across mixed-use, residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, education, infrastructure, and public realm sectors.
• Familiarity with PMO governance, project controls, risk management, and contract administration.
• PMP certification.
