Job summary

Jasara Program Management Company in Saudi Arabia seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee major programs and drive delivery across diverse environments.

You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, report to the Program Director, and ensure governance, risk management, and contract administration across residential, commercial, healthcare, education, and infrastructure projects. The role requires local transfer eligibility and PMP certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in construction management, engineering, architecture, or equivalent.
• Total 15+ years of work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Experience working with consultants and contractors.
• Saudi engineering registration.
• Currently based in Saudi Arabia and eligible for local transfer.
• Experience delivering projects across mixed-use, residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, education, infrastructure, and public realm sectors.
• Familiarity with PMO governance, project controls, risk management, and contract administration.
• PMP certification.

In this role, you will lead major projects spanning a broad portfolio of developments and contribute to successful delivery through strong coordination, oversight, and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely across project teams and partner organizations, supporting progress on complex initiatives within a fast-paced program environment.

Work locations may vary across Saudi Arabia based on business requirements.
