Job summary

JASARA PMC is seeking a Project Manager to guide complex civil projects with strong planning, leadership, and governance. You will steer multi‑stakeholder teams, ensure milestones are met, and report to client leadership with disciplined oversight of scope, cost, and quality.

The role requires 15+ years in civil engineering or construction, a PMP and Saudi Engineers registration, plus fluency with Primavera P6, MS Project and CAD/ERP tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or equivalent.
• 15+ years of project management experience in civil engineering or construction.
• PMP certification and Saudi Council of Engineers registration.
• Experience with project controls and planning tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and delivery across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and internal teams to meet milestones.
• Monitor scope, budget, risks, and quality throughout execution.

Education

Bachelor of Science in construction management, engineering, architecture, or an equivalent field

As a Project Manager, you will play a central role in guiding project execution and helping teams deliver against critical objectives. This role is suited to someone who can bring structure, leadership, and sound judgment to complex project environments while working effectively across a broad range of stakeholders.
