Job summary

Jasara Program Management Company (Jasara PMC) is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead delivery across a broad portfolio of civil engineering and infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia.

You will oversee cross-functional teams, coordinate with consultants and contractors, and ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and governance standards. A BS in a related field, 15+ years of experience, PMP, and Saudi registration are required, with local transfer capability.

Qualifications

• BS degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years total work experience.
• At least 5 years of management experience in project management.
• Experience delivering projects with consultants and contractors.
• Saudi engineering registration; PMP certification; currently based in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise major projects across mixed-use, residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, education, infrastructure, and public realm sectors.
• Report directly to the Director of Programs Project Director and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders.

In this role, you will lead major projects spanning a broad portfolio of developments and contribute to successful delivery through strong coordination, oversight, and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely across project teams and partner organizations, supporting progress on complex initiatives within a fast-paced program environment.
