Job summary

Fakeeh Care Group is seeking an experienced professional to lead software implementation and project management efforts. You will collaborate with development teams to define technical direction and design, create comprehensive project documentation, and tailor processes to each project’s needs.

You will oversee day-to-day activities, manage budgets and schedules, communicate with clients and account managers, and drive risk decisions while mentoring team members in best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in software implementation, project management, or technical support.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development teams to define technical direction and system design for products and supporting systems.
• Create, manage, and track project documentation including schedules, plans, scope statements, resource plans, risk/issue logs, and status reports.
• Tailor project management and support processes to meet project needs.
• Oversee day-to-day project activities and staff to ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders about deliverables and manage expectations.
• Make decisions on trade-offs and risks, guiding key project decisions.
• Provide recommendations on schedules, prioritization, and resource allocation based on team input.
• Report ongoing project plans and status to account managers, clients, and management.
• Contribute to strategic planning and asset creation processes.
• Coach and train team members on software development and implementation best practices.
• Participate in design and coding of products as needed.
• Gather and analyze client feedback to address issues and improve solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of HIS applications and advance computer skills.
• Foster positive client relations to ensure business profitability and address difficult situations professionally.

Requirements

Skills and Abilities

• Strong understanding of software development and integration, including proficiency in programming languages, APIs, and databases to effectively implement and troubleshoot solutions.
• Ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions, ensuring seamless implementation and minimal disruption to client operations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and clients, clearly conveying technical information and gathering requirements to ensure successful project delivery.

Experience

5+ years Relevant experience in software implementation, project management, or technical support, in a similar role.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Language

Excellent command of oral and written English and prefer Arabic.
