Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in construction-related field required.
• Minimum 15 years total work experience with at least 5 years in PM leadership.
• Experience with consultants and contractors; Saudi registration preferred.
• Based in Saudi Arabia and eligible for local transfer; PMP certified.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise major projects across mixed-use, residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, education, infrastructure, and public realm sectors.
• Report directly to the Director of Programs Project Director and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
