Job summary

Alliance Recruitment Agency is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Saudi Arabia to lead projects from scope to delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, develop budgets, manage vendor contracts, and ensure adherence to schedule and budget.

  • Monitor resources (manpower, equipment, materials) and ensure efficient budget utilization.
  • Develop detailed project plans to track milestones and progress.
  • Prepare and present progress reports, summarizing key project insights.
  • Utilize appropriate tools and systems to measure project performance.
  • Escalate issues to management when necessary, ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Provide consistent project updates to stakeholders, discussing strategy and progress.
  • Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using verification techniques.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management activities to minimize project risks.
  • Supervise laborers and mechanics, providing guidance as needed.
  • Foster relationships with third-party vendors and suppliers.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Facilitate issue resolution by meeting with project team members regularly.
  • Handle change requests to assess their impact on schedules and budgets.
  • Coordinate the production of training materials, user manuals, and other documentation.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with clients.
  • Secure client acceptance of project deliverables and ensure customer satisfaction during the transition.
