Job summary

DAR AL RIYADH is seeking an experienced Project Controller to lead scheduling, cost control, and risk management for large-scale construction programs. The role requires coordinating with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain tight control of scope, budgets, and timelines.

The successful candidate will implement robust document control, drive quality assurance, and provide timely progress reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project control management within the construction industry.
• Proven track record in overseeing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and software.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
