Job summary

The role requires hands-on supervision, training of new employees, adherence to safety guidelines, and coordination with maintenance and other departments to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a Production Supervisor in frozen food or meat.
• Experience with operating various manufacturing machines and equipment.
• Diploma or Bachelor degree in engineering, veterinary, or agricultural fields.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train staff to follow production processes.
• Monitor machine performance, schedule maintenance, and ensure safety.
• Organize workflow and assign responsibilities to meet production plans.
• Submit performance reports and identify efficiency improvements.
• Ensure GMP and company standards at all production stages.

Responsibilities
