Job summary

Perfect Vision in Saudi Arabia is seeking an Operations Supervisor to supervise daily production, ensure efficient workflow, and meet targets while upholding quality and safety standards.

You will plan and monitor daily production schedules, guide and train workers, monitor line performance, troubleshoot issues, and report to management to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Diploma/TVET or relevant engineering degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Automation & Industrial Control.
• Experience in manufacturing or production preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage, guide, and train workers and production line staff.

Qualifications, Education & Certifications

Minimum of a Diploma from technical college, TVTCor any relevant universityin Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Production/Manufacturing Engineering, or Automation & Industrial Control.

Minimum Experience & Skills Required

Prior experience in manufacturing or production is preferred.

Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Solid skills in planning, organization, follow-up, and problem-solving.
